ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION - RESPONSIBILITES OF REASON
POLICY CONCERNING CHANGE AND EMPLOYEER RESPONSIBILITY OF ILLEGALS
IN AMERICA
1. As long as employeers demand of the Federal Government to produce a cheaper labor force then illegal workers will keep coming to America with great risk both to themselves and the legitimate workforce in the United States. Not only are these workers hereillegally they also are being treated illegally, it is against federal law to keep a slave workforce in America having first being realized by the African American and the Black community and the women of America. It has been realized of such slavery and especially pay scale differences which further denote the individual and his or her race which under the federal law and statutes is illegal as that of discriminationis not to be tolerated according to race, religion, ethnicity, age, and sexual orientation. Therefore all peoples irregardless of legal or illegal status should be afforded the same pay for the same work of their peers according to federal law. In doing so, this will eliminate the need for employeers to use slave classes for their own gain and profit.
2. If an illegal worker be they family or etc..., has the birth of a child while in America both he/they shall stay united as a family unit and any employeer whom has had this individual in their workforce the same will pay monies to alleviate the trip back to the illegal's country and retribution will be made in payments as denoted by child assistance laws as would have been applied in the case of a divorce. This will be forwarded to the illegal's home country to that illegal's mailing address on a monthly basis until the child is to turn 18 years of age. In the event of bankruptcy proceedings of the illegal's former American workforce the state to which the employeer was located will begin payments to the illegal's child until the child reaches 18 years of age,as the state was aware of the illegality of the employeer and hiring practices - ignorance of the law being of no excuse - especially where licenses and permits are required for any company to operate in America. If a company is operating illegally then all assets shall be ceased and the sale of all properties shall be assigned into a trust fund to make necessary payments to illegal worker's child, if enough cash is not acquired in the sale then the state shall make the payments until the child is 18 years of age. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent to afford all medical and school funding in his/her country from the funds collected from either the employeer or the state as the parent must bear the responsibilites that he/she incurred while being found illegal in a country not of their orgin.
3. Provision: If and when the child of the illegal has acheived the age of 18 years and wishes to return to the country of their birth they may do so if they have met all the requirments of immigration policies of the United States which also would include the ability to speak the english language and all rights and privliges will be afforded the child as a naturalized citizen.
4. Recognition: EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK IT IS THE LAW AND WILL BE ENFORCED ON ALL WHO DISOBEY THE FEDERAL GUIDELINES ON EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS IN AMERICA RACISM IN ANY FORM AND SLAVERY RECOGNIZED OR NOT RECOGNIZED WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ANY FUTURE VIOLATIONS WILL BE MET WITH IMPRISONMENT AND FINES.

I sincerely thank you however I am not interested in money, I just want to let people know the truth before it is too late. Isn't it refreshing to know that there are those who do not charge for the truth?
