Bill forbids mandatory microchip implants

MADISON, Wis. — Former Gov. Tommy Thompson was one of the first high-profile supporters of tiny microchips implanted in people's arms that would allow doctors to access medical information.
Now the state he used to lead is poised to become the first to ban governments and private businesses from forcing such implants on employees, privacy advocates say.
A proposal moving through the state Legislature would prohibit anyone from requiring people to have the tiny chips embedded in them or doing so without their knowledge. Violators would face fines of up to $10,000.
The plan authored by Rep. Marlin Schneider, D-Wisconsin Rapids, won approval in the Assembly last month. The state Senate is scheduled today to consider the measure, which would allow for the implants if the person gives consent.
Gov. Jim Doyle would sign the bill, a spokesman said.
Schneider aides say the legislator wants the law in place before companies and governments could use them to keep track of their employees.
"I don't think most people had thought about this as an issue, but it's scary. It's reality now," said Michael Schoenfield, an aide to Schneider. "Companies can or will be ordering their employees to have chips implanted. We want to stop that before it begins."
VeriChip Corp. of Delray Beach, Fla., is the only company with federal approval to implant such chips in people. The company so far has implanted 2,500 people worldwide with chips the size of a grain of rice under the skin of their upper arms, said spokesman John O. Procter.
Thompson endorsed this application last year as a way to give hospitals easy access to patients' medical records when he joined VeriChip's board of directors and vowed to "get chipped" himself.
Procter said Monday that Thompson has not undergone the procedure, which he likened to getting a shot, but plans to do so once more hospitals adopt the technology. The chips give off a radio frequency signal identifying a patient. The signal is used to access personal information in an Internet database.
VeriChip is also marketing the implants as a way for companies or governments to limit access to high-security areas.
In February, a Cincinnati surveillance equipment company became the first U.S. business to use this application when a handful of employees voluntarily got implants to allow them to enter secure rooms. Some employees in the Mexico attorney general's office have also been implanted with chips, whose signals are recognized by readers in doorways.
Procter said VeriChip supports the spirit of Schneider's bill and would not work with companies forcing employees to get implants. However, he said the implants are superior to employee badges or key chains as a way to limit access.
"It's more secure. It's discreet and it can't be lost or stolen," he said.
Privacy advocates say they are unaware of any companies forcing implants but are worried the technology is taking off with little debate about potential abuses.
Wisconsin would be the first state to ban mandatory implants, said Katherine Albrecht, a New Hampshire privacy advocate and co-author of "Spychips: How Major Corporations and Government Plan to Track Your Every Move with RFID."
Albrecht said she recently handed Thompson a copy of her book when he was in New Hampshire giving a speech.
"What an interesting irony that the foremost chip promoter in the world comes from Wisconsin and Wisconsin would be the first state to say, 'Hey, at least get our permission first,' " Albrecht said. "It's good that lawmakers in Wisconsin are paying attention to the fact that this technology even exists."
The proposal would leave the door open for the state to order implants to track sex offenders or for parents to track their children under an amendment offered by Rep. Scott Suder, R-Abbotsford. Such applications are years away because the chips do not yet allow for surveillance tracking.
"The bill may be a little ahead of its time, but I think it prevents some very onerous activity," Suder said. "It is groundbreaking."

ERROR OF THE CLERGY?
MISTAKES AMONG THE CLERGY?
A common misunderstood passage(s) in the scripture has been inserted into many of the pastorates in America and perhaps throughout the world at large and in such could set up much confuscion among the laity. One of these
verses is found in the book of Genesis which relates the beginning of mankind (genes is could very well be applied):
And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. Genesis 5:23-24
Some have begun to speculate that the method to which God used to take Enoch was that of a spacecraft and have asserted that either God or an angel of the LORD was dispatched in such a craft to deliver Enoch from the earth and use the script found in Ezekiel as a platform to launch this idea unto the populace.
As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake. Ezekiel 1:28
This is the same type of language used by Eve in the description of her firstborn after the fall and of sin.
And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. And she again bare his brother Abel. and Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

The LORD, that is the spelling of the "LORD", is all captialized letters which indicate the "glorified" LORD or the glorified state of Jesus Christ which he had with the Father. Eve attributed the birth of Cain as from the LORD and indeed all birth is granted and given by God himself, however, Eve takes it a step farther and makes the assertion that Cain was from the LORD. The contamination of Eve by sin took its occassion from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and began the dna change that would effect her child for eternity. Fruit that is labeled at the tree as being "pleasant to the eyes" and a "tree to be desired to make one wise" is not the common fruit such as an apple, peach etc...., but is the type of fruit which contaminates the user and that is the fruit of anger, rage, beastiality, envy, malice, and such as mentioned in the book of Galatians and the Law which was given to Moses.
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21
These works are also called the fruit of the flesh as fruit is that which comes forth of the person an example of such is with our eyes or vision we may see a woman/man and desire them this is the lust of the eyes, and if we act upon the lust then it is the fruit of our sight and the works/fruit of our bodies or flesh. An apple tree is nothing more than a tree but when it bares the fruit of the apple it now becomes not just a tree but an apple tree. This I hope is a simple explanation as it is my intent to keep the scripture simple, as did the LORD. To take the view that God or his angels travel in spaceships is to adopt the belief that we were planted here by aliens or an advanced race of beings who planted us here. This view is in error of the teachings of the Bible. How so?
God Cannot Be Contained In A Building Or Vessel
In King David's request unto God to allow him to build a temple unto God to which God responded unto Nathan:
Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the LORD, Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in? Whereas I have not dwelt in any house since the time that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but have walked in a tent and in a tabernacle. 11 Samuel 7:5-6
God is explaining to King David that a house cannot contain him as God is too massive and powerful a prescence for man to behold. God does however state that the son of David which is Solomon may indeed build him a temple not for God to dwell in but a place where he may be sought of the people. Christ explained the enormity of God in John:
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:23-24
God is a Spirit and as such is not contained, Jesus has put on flesh that he might be the sacrifice once and for all for mankind the due payment for the sins of all that will accept the debt paid. When God created man he created him with both a body fashioned after that of Jesus Christ and a spirit fashioned after that of the Father.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, nad over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:26-27
The anti-christ being the opposing force from God causes man to now worship (in his-anti-christ's day) the creature which man was given rule over and to burn in their lust male to male and female to female which is the opposing nature to which God created man in the beginning as male and female.
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptibled God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. ..............................For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Romans 1:21-22 & 1:26-28
After the church is removed which some refer to as "rapture" and others as the "shall be caught up" occurs then shall men burn in their lust toward men and the women shall burn in their lust for the woman at this time when the 144,000 Jews are preaching to the world and the two witnesses appear, then those who are converted unto Christ shall be hunted down by those who have taken the mark and become lovers of their own kind (M2M and F2F) the intensity of their reprobate minds shall cause them to fully serve the anti-christ. The church that now is will soon be absent and in heaven according to the verse located in Revelation.

What could Abraham Lincoln have been thinking when he made the above speech? Lincoln clearly understood that the ONLY real danger facing the American nation as it marched on into the future was the corrupting of its people or what has been called THE SUBVERTING OF THE AMERICAN SPIRIT.
The subverting of the American Spirit [of Christianity], which has been taking place with increasing intensity since the 1920s, has undermined all the basic foundations upon which this great nation was built, and has turned it into a Sick Society.
When the American nation entered the Twentieth Century, it was basically sound. It throbbed with life and vitality. Most people were deeply patriotic, loved their country, their neighbor and themselves! The home and family were held in high esteem. Men were masculine, women were feminine and both sexes were content with their natural role and God-given responsibilities. As a result of these and other factors we lay out in our 512-page book, The History of God’s People and the Coming New World Order, the nation was essentially in a sound condition.
In the years since then, all of these pillars of a sound society have been eroding away, and we have now reached the point where the average person is left without a set of clearly defined principles by which to live. They are left floundering on the quick sands of doubt, fear and indecision – a nation without any transcendental goals or a real purpose for being. One person put it this way: “A nation which stands for nothing will fall for anything.”
The result? The “fruit” is all around us for everyone to see. Look at any phase or facet of society, and you will see chronic diseases gnawing away relentlessly at the nation’s vitals. The true state of the nation is reflected in its leading institutions – in education, in the churches, in literature and music, in government, and in the home. It is mirrored in the financial mess I which the government and most individuals find themselves.
America today can be likened to a desperately sick man whose body is wracked with all kinds of deadly diseases. His eyesight and hearing are weak, his limbs are crippled with arthritis, his mental state is rapidly deteriorating, his heart is failing, and cancer is gnawing away at his vitals. Yet, naively, he is frantically trying to persuade himself that all is well and that everything will work out in the end.
What Has Gone Wrong in America?
From a nation with very little national debt to a nation with over 5 trillion dollars since our founding, something must have gone wrong. Where did this debt come from and where is it leading the American people? America has gone from the richest nation on earth to the greatest debtor nation in the history of the world since 1913! What happened?
Did we accidentally fall into our present plight of national trauma – or were we deliberately pushed? Did it come about as a result of a natural degeneracy or as a result of a designed CONSPIRACY?
The ideal of a massive Conspiracy – a “Hidden Hand,” a “Secret Force” – guiding the nations of the world towards total disintegration and collapse, so that a Godless, totalitarian “One World” government may be established and ruthlessly enforced, is one worthy of serious consideration.
The concept of such a Conspiracy is not new. It has been written and spoken about extensively since the eighteenth century. Professor John Robinson, the Abbe Barruel, the Duke of Northumberland, Sir Walter Scott, Lady Queenborough and Nesta Webster are among the historians whose works have been widely circulated. Many well known people have expressed a belief in such a plot: Winston Churchill, Benjamin Disraeli, Lord Sydenham, Henry Ford I, H.G. Wells, Taylor Caldwell, Charles Linbergh, Sr., and Henry Cabot Lodge, Sr. are listed among the “believers.”
Notice what one writer who sold millions of his book has to say about conditions in which we find ourselves: “… If we were merely dealing with the law of averages, half of the events affecting our nation’s well-being should be good for America. If we were dealing with mere incompetence, our leaders should occasionally make a mistake in our favor. We … are not really dealing with coincidence or stupidity, but with PLANNING AND BRILLIANCE.” (Gary Allen, None Dare Call It Conspiracy, page 8). This is a very penetrating statement for us to consider!
There are many leading academicians in the United States today who openly profess belief in a “Hidden Hand” guiding the affairs of state in this country and other nations around the world. Dr. Carroll Quigley, professor of history at the Foreign Service School of Georgetown University clearly states: “There does exist, and has existed for a generation, an … international network which operates to some extent in the way the Radical Right believe the Communist act. In fact, this network, which we may IDENTIFY as the Round Table Groups, has no aversion to cooperating with the Communists or any other group, and frequently does so. “I KNOW OF THE OPERATIONS OF THIS NETWORK BECAUSE I HAVE STUDIED IT FOR TWENTY YEARS AND WAS PERMITTED FOR TWO YEARS, IN THE EARLY 1960’S, TO EXAMINE ITS PAPERS AND SECRET RECORDS. I HAVE NO AVERSION TO IT OR TO MOST OF ITS AIMS AND HAVE, FOR MUCH OF MY LIFE, BEEN CLOSE TO IT AND TO MANY OF ITS INSTRUMENTS. Who Rules the World?

The Bible reveals that God the Father and Jesus have GIVEN PERMISSION to Satan to rule this earth, and to empower anyone he chooses to rule. This means Satan can empower human beings to rule who will worship him as if he were god. He will reward them in this lifetime with riches for their loyalty. The modern movement that will be finalized with the establishment of world government began on May 1, 1776. This date was the time that Adam Weishaupt, who worshipped Lucifer as God, founded his organization to strive for world government and enforce the worship of Lucifer. Weishaupt was a professor of Canon Law at the Catholic Churches’ University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria, Germany. Financing was needed by like minded persons, who worshipped Lucifer.
It should be noted that for more than two hundred years International Banking families had dominated the European scene after they had succeeded in establishing the “Bank of England” and other central banks in Germany, France, Italy, and Switzerland. Since the “coup of coups” in 1815, when these International Bankers literally bought control of England for a couple of cents on the dollar, the House of Rothchilds has dominated the banking scene (Rothchilds, A Family Portrait, by Frederic Morton). They financed both sides of the wars in Europe, so they were the only ones who won in every war. All their efforts to foist a permanent central bank on the United States had met with failure. Our Constitution gave the Congress alone the authority “to coin money, [and] regulate the value thereof.”
The REAL power has always been held by the bankers. Professor Carroll Quigley tells us that during the last part of the nineteenth century, the International Bankers and their American counterparts moved into “commercial banking and insurance on one side and into railroading and heavy industry on the other” and “were able to mobilize enormous wealth and wield enormous economic, political and social power. Popularly known as ‘Society’ or the ‘400,’ they lived a life of dazzling splendor. Sailing the ocean in great private yachts or traveling on land by private train, they moved in a ceremonious round between their spectacular estates and town houses in Palm Beach, Long Island, the Berkshires, Newport, and bar Harbor, assembling from their fortress-like New York residences to attend the Metropolitan Opera under the critical eye of Mrs. Astor; or gathering for business meetings at the highest strategic level in the awesome presence of J.P. Morgan himself.

International Bankers Scheme to Gain Control of American Banking
In 1792 the first Bank of the United States was established through the efforts of a few unprincipled men such as Alexander Hamilton. The funding for this bank came from the Rothschilds in London, England. The objective behind this bank was to receive SPECIAL PRIVILEGE to use the unjust fractional reserve banking to print money and loan it to the government and industry. No money could go into circulation WITHOUT interest being paid to the bankers.
Fractional reserve banking is very simple. It is simply a SPECIAL PRIVILEGE given to a man or group of men to create credit out of thin air, by extending this credit/debt to everyone else in society who does NOT HAVE the same privilege, then collect from society the money PLUS interest, you become VERY RICH without having to produce anything of value.
Using the created "panic of 1907" as an "example" of America's great need for a centralized banking authority, a vast propaganda campaign was launched to "sell" the idea to the American public.
The Federal Reserve System (a Central Bank) came into being when the Federal Reserve Act passed the House of Representatives and the Senate late in December, 1913. Under the Act, the bankers were granted the privilege of CREATING money out of nothing and lending it to the U.S. Government at interest. U.S. Sovereignty Surrendered to Globalist Elite
Delusion has become the dominant mental state of the American people, a people once recognized as the example for the world in their clear thinking and high moral standards, and the application of these attributes to their system of government and society in general. Perhaps this is a natural human trait in that we perceive what we wish the facts to be rather than what they truly are. Exactly when delusion became the dominant influence in our society is difficult to ascertain. It must have been a major factor in starting the "Civil War." The ideals of self determination, personal responsibility and government responsiveness to the people as expressed in the Declaration of Independence only "four score and seven years" earlier were thoroughly trounced by Lincoln when he denied the great writ of Habeas Corpus, arrested descenters, initiated a war without the declaration of Congress, causing a conflagration which claimed the lives of more than a million Americans and changed our form of government from a federal entity formed by contract between, and subject to, the several sovereign states, to a national government pre-eminent over the subdivision states. It has remained that way until this very day.
That the American people are rather easily deluded is further illustrated by President Woodrow Wilson taking America into World War I when he said he would not. Or President Franklin Delano Roosevelt getting us involved in World War II when the vast majority of the American people did not want that course of action. Or America going to war in Korea under United Nations control with no declaration of war as required by the U.S. Constitution. Or Lyndon B. Johnson blatantly lying to the American people to take us into the Viet Nam war. Then there was President George Herbert Walker Bush that deceived the American people into the first invasion of Iraq in the early 1990s. By now, everyone should know how President George W. Bush used mis-information to deceive the American people into accepting another invasion on Iraq under the so-called “War on Terrorism.”
Then our federal government took us into NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, the World Court, the International Monetary Fund, The Patriot Act, Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Agency, and now a super intelligence surveillance agency – all under the delusion that they are required to “protect our freedom.” These items are just a few steps that are taking us toward their goal of a one-world-government Big Brother society.
Baron Nathan Mayer de Rothschild made it clear who rules nations when he said: “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws.” He was an International Banker, and his family has been in International Banking ever since! The money did not physically exist. Even "real" money was only specially made paper printed with black ink on the front and green on the back. What backed money was not gold or something of intrinsic value, but rather the collective belief that money had value because it had to have such value. Thus it was that the monetary system of the United States and every other country in the world was entirely an exercise in psychology, a thing of the mind, and as a result, so was every other aspect of the American economy. If money was simply a matter of communal faith, then so was everything else."
Learned men and serious thinkers have warned the people throughout the ages of the dangers of a credit money system and control of the money supply by the “money lenders.” These warnings can be traced back to the earliest recorded civilization, Moses instructing the Israelites for God at Mt. Sinai. (Leviticus 25: 35-36: v. 36 – “Take NO usury of him, or increase but fear your God; that your brother may live with you.”)
This principle was reinforced before Israel entered the land of Canaan. (Deuteronomy 23: 19: “You shall NOT lend upon usury to your brother; usury of money, usury of victuals [food], usury of any thing that is lent upon usury.”)
Solomon once again delivered the message from God concerning usury – interest – in (Proverbs 28:8 – “He that BY usury and unjust gain increases his substance…”) When Nehemiah led the Israelites out of Babylonian captivity, he warned about usury. (Nehemiah 5: 10 – “…I pray you, leave off this usury.”)
In more modern times we have been warned by Presidents, Congressmen, industrialists, and even bankers that a debt-money system is doomed to failure; yet we persist in our belief that our economic problems can be resolved by manipulation of the tax system and the interest rate. The folly of this mendacity is illustrated by the words of these leaders:
Thomas Jefferson: During the time of his presidency said: “The system of banking (is) a blot left in all out constitutions, which, if not covered, will end in their DESTRUCTION… I sincerely believe that banking institutions are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity … is but SWINDLING futurity on a large scale.”
Because of the banking system that had been imposed upon Britain and other European nations, our Founding Fathers understood the evil of a “fractional” banking system. Only the principle is printed and put into circulation, yet it has to be paid back PLUS interest. Where does the interest come from to be repaid? This is why America is over $5 trillion in debt and NO way to ever pay it off.
James A. Garfield: During his six months presidency in 1881, he said: "WHOEVER controls the volume of money in any country is absolute master of all industry and commerce."
Congressman Louis T. McFadden: "The Federal Reserve (Banks) are one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever seen. There is not a man within the sound of my voice [sitting in Congress] who does not know that this Nation is RUN by the International Bankers."

Woodrow Wilson, the President who signed the Federal Reserve Act, the 16th Amendment (Income Tax), and the 17th Amendment (direct election of Senators): "A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is CONCENTRATED. The growth of the Nation and all our activities are in the hands of a FEW men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the world -no longer a Government of free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of small groups of dominant men." Just before his death, Wilson is reported to have stated to friends, "I have betrayed my country," referring to his part in the passage of the Federal Reserve Act.
Sir Joshua Stamp, President of the Bank of England in the 1920s, and the second richest man in Britain: "Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin. THE BANKERS OWN THE EARTH. Take it away from them, but leave with them the power to create deposits, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take it away from them, and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of Bankers and pay the cost of your slavery, let them continue to create deposits."
Thomas A Edison, speaking on the occasion of the completion of the Muscle Shouls Dam: “People who will not turn a shovel full of dirt on the project nor contribute a pound of material, will collect more money from the United States than will the people who supply all the material and do all the work. This is the terrible thing about interest … But here is the point: If the nation can issue a dollar bond, it can issue a dollar bill. The element that makes the bond good makes the bill good also. The difference between the bond and the bill is that the bond lets the money broker COLLECT TWICE THE AMOUNT OF THE BOND and an additional twenty percent. Whereas the currency, the honest sort provided by the Constitution, pays nobody but those that contribute in some useful way. It is absurd to say our country can issue bonds and cannot issue currency. Both are promises to pay, but one FATTENS THE USURER and the other helps the People. If the currency issued by the People were no good, then the bonds would be no good either. It is a terrible situation when the Government, to insure the national wealth, must go IN DEBT and submit to RUINOUS INTEREST CHARGES at the hands of men who cannot control the fictitious value of gold. Robert H. Hemphill, Credit Manager of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Georgia: “This is a staggering thought. We are completely dependent on commercial banks. Someone has to borrow every dollar we have in circulation, cash or credit. If the banks create ample synthetic money, we are prosperous; if not, we starve. We are absolutely without a permanent money system. When one gets a complete grasp of the picture, the tragic absurdity of our hopeless position is almost incredible, but there it is. It is the most important subject intelligent persons can investigate and reflect upon. It is so important that our present civilization MAY COLLAPSE unless it becomes widely understood and the defects remedied very soon."
Murray Rothbard, Professor of Economics at the Polytechnic Institute of New York: "Commercial banks - that is, fractional reserve banks - create money out of thin air. Essentially they do it the same way as counterfeiters. Counterfeiters, too, create money out of thin air by printing something masquerading as money or as a warehouse receipt for money [as gold]. In this way, they fraudulently extract resources from the public, from the people who have genuinely earned the money. In the same way, fractional reserve banks counterfeit warehouse receipts for money, which then circulate as equivalent to money among the public. COMING COLLAPSE
The delusion that the nations economic problems can be resolved by adjusting the taxing system or the interest rate, or by limiting the governments spending will only lead to this and all other nations ultimate destruction. The continued control over the money system by International Bankers is bringing about the Illuminati s Plan to create another depression - only this will be worldwide. It will create scarcity and privation that has been unparalleled in human history. They know that people will look for a SAVIOR from this human tragedy.
Revelation 6: 5-6 - "And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a BLACK HORSE; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see you hurt not the oil and the wine." An economic collapse will cause people to be very careful with the money and food they have. It will practically be impossible to produce more income to purchase the necessities of life when no jobs and money is available. The International Bankers will see to that!
The Illuminati held a meeting in 1897 to plan further action to take the world. HOPE OF THE SAINTS
When the time comes for Jesus to intervene into the affairs of mankind to PROTECT many of His people from the events just around the corner, He will do so. It has now been reported that all police forces are being federalized under Homeland Security - ready for Martial Law! Police agencies and fire departments are to receive $2,500 radios for communication with each other and Homeland Security. What if a bomb or multiple bombs were allowed to be set off to destroy the oil refineries near Houston, Texas? This would drive gasoline prices through the roof and be an excuse for Martial Law to be declared.
The hope for the saints of God is that God has promised a protective hand at the right time to those He "accounts worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man" (Luke 21: 36). Christians will have to go through many problems before the last three and one-half years arrive; however, Jesus said "... I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world" (Matthew 28:20, last). He also said that "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth" (Matthew 28: 18, last).
Our Savior has promised us that we would never be required to go through anything that we could not endure. "There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not suffer (allow) you to be tempted ABOVE that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it" (/ Corinthians 10: 13). He also said: "BECAUSE you have kept the word of My patience (the Ten Commandments - Rev. 14: 12), I also will KEEP YOU FROM THE HOUR OF TEMPTATION, which shall come upon all the world, TO TRY them that dwell upon the earth" (Revelation 3: 10).

The subverting of the American Spirit [of Christianity], which has been taking place with increasing intensity since the 1920s, has undermined all the basic foundations upon which this great nation was built, and has turned it into a Sick Society.
When the American nation entered the Twentieth Century, it was basically sound. It throbbed with life and vitality. Most people were deeply patriotic, loved their country, their neighbor and themselves! The home and family were held in high esteem. Men were masculine, women were feminine and both sexes were content with their natural role and God-given responsibilities. As a result of these and other factors we lay out in our 512-page book, The History of God’s People and the Coming New World Order, the nation was essentially in a sound condition.
In the years since then, all of these pillars of a sound society have been eroding away, and we have now reached the point where the average person is left without a set of clearly defined principles by which to live. They are left floundering on the quick sands of doubt, fear and indecision – a nation without any transcendental goals or a real purpose for being. One person put it this way: “A nation which stands for nothing will fall for anything.”
The result? The “fruit” is all around us for everyone to see. Look at any phase or facet of society, and you will see chronic diseases gnawing away relentlessly at the nation’s vitals. The true state of the nation is reflected in its leading institutions – in education, in the churches, in literature and music, in government, and in the home. It is mirrored in the financial mess I which the government and most individuals find themselves.
America today can be likened to a desperately sick man whose body is wracked with all kinds of deadly diseases. His eyesight and hearing are weak, his limbs are crippled with arthritis, his mental state is rapidly deteriorating, his heart is failing, and cancer is gnawing away at his vitals. Yet, naively, he is frantically trying to persuade himself that all is well and that everything will work out in the end.
What Has Gone Wrong in America?
From a nation with very little national debt to a nation with over 5 trillion dollars since our founding, something must have gone wrong. Where did this debt come from and where is it leading the American people? America has gone from the richest nation on earth to the greatest debtor nation in the history of the world since 1913! What happened?
Did we accidentally fall into our present plight of national trauma – or were we deliberately pushed? Did it come about as a result of a natural degeneracy or as a result of a designed CONSPIRACY?
The ideal of a massive Conspiracy – a “Hidden Hand,” a “Secret Force” – guiding the nations of the world towards total disintegration and collapse, so that a Godless, totalitarian “One World” government may be established and ruthlessly enforced, is one worthy of serious consideration.
The concept of such a Conspiracy is not new. It has been written and spoken about extensively since the eighteenth century. Professor John Robinson, the Abbe Barruel, the Duke of Northumberland, Sir Walter Scott, Lady Queenborough and Nesta Webster are among the historians whose works have been widely circulated. Many well known people have expressed a belief in such a plot: Winston Churchill, Benjamin Disraeli, Lord Sydenham, Henry Ford I, H.G. Wells, Taylor Caldwell, Charles Linbergh, Sr., and Henry Cabot Lodge, Sr. are listed among the “believers.”
Notice what one writer who sold millions of his book has to say about conditions in which we find ourselves: “… If we were merely dealing with the law of averages, half of the events affecting our nation’s well-being should be good for America. If we were dealing with mere incompetence, our leaders should occasionally make a mistake in our favor. This is a very penetrating statement for us to consider!
There are many leading academicians in the United States today who openly profess belief in a “Hidden Hand” guiding the affairs of state in this country and other nations around the world. Who Rules the World?

The Bible reveals that God the Father and Jesus have GIVEN PERMISSION to Satan to rule this earth, and to empower anyone he chooses to rule. This means Satan can empower human beings to rule who will worship him as if he were god. He will reward them in this lifetime with riches for their loyalty. The modern movement that will be finalized with the establishment of world government began on May 1, 1776. This date was the time that Adam Weishaupt, who worshipped Lucifer as God, founded his organization to strive for world government and enforce the worship of Lucifer. Weishaupt was a professor of Canon Law at the Catholic Churches’ University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria, Germany. Financing was needed by like minded persons, who worshipped Lucifer.
It should be noted that for more than two hundred years International Banking families had dominated the European scene after they had succeeded in establishing the “Bank of England” and other central banks in Germany, France, Italy, and Switzerland. International Bankers Scheme to Gain Control of American Banking
In 1792 the first Bank of the United States was established through the efforts of a few unprincipled men such as Alexander Hamilton. The funding for this bank came from the Rothschilds in London, England. The objective behind this bank was to receive SPECIAL PRIVILEGE to use the unjust fractional reserve banking to print money and loan it to the government and industry. No money could go into circulation WITHOUT interest being paid to the bankers.
Fractional reserve banking is very simple. It is simply a SPECIAL PRIVILEGE given to a man or group of men to create credit out of thin air, by extending this credit/debt to everyone else in society who does NOT HAVE the same privilege, then collect from society the money PLUS interest, you become VERY RICH without having to produce anything of value.
Using the created "panic of 1907" as an "example" of America's great need for a centralized banking authority, a vast propaganda campaign was launched to "sell" the idea to the American public.
The Federal Reserve System (a Central Bank) came into being when the Federal Reserve Act passed the House of Representatives and the Senate late in December, 1913. Under the Act, the bankers were granted the privilege of CREATING money out of nothing and lending it to the U.S. Government at interest. Delusion has become the dominant mental state of the American people, a people once recognized as the example for the world in their clear thinking and high moral standards, and the application of these attributes to their system of government and society in general. Perhaps this is a natural human trait in that we perceive what we wish the facts to be rather than what they truly are. Exactly when delusion became the dominant influence in our society is difficult to ascertain. It must have been a major factor in starting the "Civil War." The ideals of self determination, personal responsibility and government responsiveness to the people as expressed in the Declaration of Independence only "four score and seven years" earlier were thoroughly trounced by Lincoln when he denied the great writ of Habeas Corpus, arrested descenters, initiated a war without the declaration of Congress, causing a conflagration which claimed the lives of more than a million Americans and changed our form of government from a federal entity formed by contract between, and subject to, the several sovereign states, to a national government pre-eminent over the subdivision states. It has remained that way until this very day.
That the American people are rather easily deluded is further illustrated by President Woodrow Wilson taking America into World War I when he said he would not. Or President Franklin Delano Roosevelt getting us involved in World War II when the vast majority of the American people did not want that course of action. Or America going to war in Korea under United Nations control with no declaration of war as required by the U.S. Constitution. Or Lyndon B. Johnson blatantly lying to the American people to take us into the Viet Nam war. Then there was President George Herbert Walker Bush that deceived the American people into the first invasion of Iraq in the early 1990s. By now, everyone should know how President George W. Bush used mis-information to deceive the American people into accepting another invasion on Iraq under the so-called “War on Terrorism.”
Then our federal government took us into NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, the World Court, the International Monetary Fund, The Patriot Act, Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Agency, and now a super intelligence surveillance agency – all under the delusion that they are required to “protect our freedom.” These items are just a few steps that are taking us toward their goal of a one-world-government Big Brother society.
Baron Nathan Mayer de Rothschild made it clear who rules nations when he said: “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws.” He was an International Banker, and his family has been in International Banking ever since! Best-selling novelist Tom Clancy understands it as he wrote in Debt of Honor, describing the antics of the Federal Reserve Board at the opening of chapter 3: "The remarkable thing was that everyone accepted the entire process, seemingly as normal as the physical laws of nature, despite the fact that it was really as etheral as a rainbow. The money did not physically exist. Even "real" money was only specially made paper printed with black ink on the front and green on the back. What backed money was not gold or something of intrinsic value, but rather the collective belief that money had value because it had to have such value. Thus it was that the monetary system of the United States and every other country in the world was entirely an exercise in psychology, a thing of the mind, and as a result, so was every other aspect of the American economy. If money was simply a matter of communal faith, then so was everything else."
Learned men and serious thinkers have warned the people throughout the ages of the dangers of a credit money system and control of the money supply by the “money lenders.” These warnings can be traced back to the earliest recorded civilization, Moses instructing the Israelites for God at Mt. In more modern times we have been warned by Presidents, Congressmen, industrialists, and even bankers that a debt-money system is doomed to failure; yet we persist in our belief that our economic problems can be resolved by manipulation of the tax system and the interest rate. Because of the banking system that had been imposed upon Britain and other European nations, our Founding Fathers understood the evil of a “fractional” banking system. Only the principle is printed and put into circulation, yet it has to be paid back PLUS interest. Where does the interest come from to be repaid? Sir Joshua Stamp, President of the Bank of England in the 1920s, and the second richest man in Britain: "Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin. THE BANKERS OWN THE EARTH. Take it away from them, but leave with them the power to create deposits, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take it away from them, and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of Bankers and pay the cost of your slavery, let them continue to create deposits."

Murray Rothbard, Professor of Economics at the Polytechnic Institute of New York: "Commercial banks - that is, fractional reserve banks - create money out of thin air. Essentially they do it the same way as counterfeiters. Counterfeiters, too, create money out of thin air by printing something masquerading as money or as a warehouse receipt for money [as gold]. In this way, they fraudulently extract resources from the public, from the people who have genuinely earned the money. In the same way, fractional reserve banks counterfeit warehouse receipts for money, which then circulate as equivalent to money among the public. COMING COLLAPSE
The delusion that the nations economic problems can be resolved by adjusting the taxing system or the interest rate, or by limiting the governments spending will only lead to this and all other nations ultimate destruction. When the time comes for Jesus to intervene into the affairs of mankind to PROTECT many of His people from the events just around the corner, He will do so. It has now been reported that all police forces are being federalized under Homeland Security - ready for Martial Law! Police agencies and fire departments are to receive $2,500 radios for communication with each other and Homeland Security. What if a bomb or multiple bombs were allowed to be set off to destroy the oil refineries near Houston, Texas? This would drive gasoline prices through the roof and be an excuse for Martial Law to be declared.
The hope for the saints of God is that God has promised a protective hand at the right time to those He "accounts worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man" (Luke 21: 36). Christians will have to go through many problems before the last three and one-half years arrive; however, Jesus said "... I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world" (Matthew 28:20, last). He also said that "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth" (Matthew 28: 18, last).
Our Savior has promised us that we would never be required to go through anything that we could not endure. "There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not suffer (allow) you to be tempted ABOVE that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it" (/ Corinthians 10: 13). He also said: "BECAUSE you have kept the word of My patience (the Ten Commandments - Rev. 14: 12), I also will KEEP YOU FROM THE HOUR OF TEMPTATION, which shall come upon all the world, TO TRY them that dwell upon the earth" (Revelation 3: 10).

MONEY IS FOR NOTHING - YOUR THOUGHTS ARE NOT FREE
In listening to many talk shows they all seem to be echoing the same tune that the world leaders are going in the current direction to obtain more monies and to enrich their own bank accounts. To those who do not have a lot of financial wherewithal it might well appear as such, however, this is not the purpose or the reason they seek to overthrow dictatorship and peoples. Most of these leaders are rich and more money does not appeal to them as much as survival in the next world to which they are trying to gain for themselves through their leader. The definition is clear if the Jew is right in their religion, then the rest are wrong and on it would go with, if the Arab is correct in their religion then the Jew and the Gentile nations are wrong and must be eradicated. The goal is to get on board all who will follow into a new band of religion, one which is dedicated to the survival of the largest portion of devout men which do not need to be Christian but it cannot be ushered in except through Christianity and that was the attempt behind 911, Bird flu called Avian Flu, Iraq, Borders, Iran, N.Korea, all of which is to work the hysteria of the nations to accept the coming Global Authority or the GA's all in the name of peace and security. At the rate America is going and her resistance to such change she will need to be removed and it is my opinion that this will occur about the same time as the rapture of the church which the GA's do not know the time frame nor does any one else of the earth. As Solomon built his temple unto God and incorporated many of his wives gods into it so is America trying to incorporate many different which we now call diverse nationalities into her borders to change a nation already quavering with it's Christian beliefs. The Church in America is fallen and does not recognise her own state, but even in a fallen state Satan cannot do that which he wants to do because God has a standard raised against him and it is those who are reaching out daily in their schools, workforces, entertainment including sports, and yes even Holllywood. Where it used to be said that the Church was doom and gloom now Hollywood and the government are presenting on a daily basis another reason to fear destruction and impending doom and they are correct, it is coming and everyone knows it. As it was with Noah however, they chose to ignore it until destruction took them away so also shall this generation be delivered unto death. The fear campaign has alway been there with the world - oil crisis and the Swine Flu (Hog type) of the 1970's, The Russian military build up and supposedly set to attack the US at any moment, Bay of Pigs and so on, the fear campaign is not new just re-invented. The goal is not to kill off a bunch of people as supposed but to bring them under rule because Satan stated in his thoughts that he would make his throne greater than that of God, so he is at work trying to get the world to come together as one language, one neighbourhood, one village if you will which he is working through goods and services,militaries,schools, intergration,diversity, and a simple little thing callled freedom which the US thought she invented. You must remember that a dictator can not come into power unless he has freedom to do so and definitely cannot come into power as long as there is another dictator on the spot. In order for a dictator to look strong there is an essential ingredient - all others must look weak, and that is why all the leaders are fumbling now as though they do not know what to do and for good reason they do not. Many are to give way unto this coming dictator when the time is right and that cannot happen until the Church is raptured out of this world and then he can began "chipping" his military unto himself, this also must be voluntary so that none can say when they stand before God that they were given no choice, much like that of Salvation in Christ is a voluntary action on the believer, however, to him/her that will not take the mark of the Anti-Christ/Beast he will not eat or buy. Today many are criticising the French on the non-guarantees of long term jobs and saying the people should not riot and they should not have jobs given them but that they must earn them-however-it is a Socialist regime and that is what they are supposed to do is give the jobs. We on the other hand are a Republic, even though we have been compared daily to a Democracy, it was Adolf Hitler who stated, "The government must not run the people, but the people must run the government" and when he was "freely" elected he ran the people. It is sort of like that (to coin a phrase) of the Privacy of Medical, IRS, and other private records of Americans which the government recently guaranteed to be kept, I mean, they want to be kept, well forget it the IRS has already sold them, what did you expect from a government guarantee - justice? Ask Shasta Groene what justice is? I do however, assert that America has seen her better days and her demise is at hand - how? I do not know but I expect as a warning to the rest of the world, escpecially Babylon which will create an enormous building program and jobs for that region and the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple, it will be a severe warning unto them and their goal to overthrow God's creation, the destruction might be that of the Nuclear Bombs leaving the USA totally obliterated. We would not retaliatie as we would be the ones wanting to cause the destruction of our own lands.

IPI : Over this past week many have been taken by much surprise as the names in both the Congress and the Senate have adopted plans of slavery much like that of the early American history associated with African Americans.
This type of slavery which many have referred to as EBS, that is Economic Based Slavery which
of course has been spearheaded by the economic community in search of better waged or a
much cheaper labor force for the business of America.
What may surprise some is that this type of wage reduction is occurring throughout Europe and other economies that seem to be driven by the so-called democratic nations. If one were to research the economic ties of the then Roman Empire they would discover that Rome endorsed
a slave-based workforce much like that which the America is now in riots by the Mexican illegals as they have been termed. Many claim this has to do with the future voting block of the Mexican
voters, however, in America one must be a citizen in order to cast a vote - does this sound too familiar to that of the plight of the African American which also were brought to America as a base for slave labor but denied the rights of the common man/American? What would be the difference between a people brought against their will from their homeland and a homeland that oppressed it's people with low or no wage thereby having them seek refuge into another country defying all odds of survival across the hot desert to reach a better place for them and their families? Others claim that as the Mexican has found his way into America it has helped the plight of the American farmer whose work is mostly done by modern machinery, but in looking closer at the American business it would not take such a hard look to find the illegals are working in middle class American jobs such as the Postal fields and other jobs which have been revered as the jobs awaiting those soldiers who have participated in the defense and war of the American and world peoples, they have an extreme time coming mentally in trying to understand the same government which sent them to war have now given up those jobs they once cherished
from an honourable service to an illegal worker.
One of the problems cited by the American government is that of the plight of the children born to the illegal parents while in America. It seems they are, that is the children have become by proxy or birth a legalized citizen of the United States and thus retain all benefits as that of any other American. As a declared problem, it seems none are capable to "fix" the problem. One solution, although not a popular one, is to cause all the companies that knowingly or unknowinly
hired or participated in such a workforce as the illegal worker should be required by law to support all children born in America in that childs native homeland to the equivilant of a monthly child support of a divorced couple in the courts of America. This proposal would work somewhat like that established in each individual state in the United States, for example if the parent were to abandon his child for whatever purpose he/she might be required by law to pay an amount of US $600.00 dollars a month to the parents of that child or the caretaker of that child in Mexico for example or whatever country is affected until his 18th or 25th birthdate as long as the child is in school. Any medical expense would be borne by that same company which had previously employed the illegal parent and would also support that same parent to seek legal re-entry into the United States. It seems a good idea until you consider the voter options and the riots now being ensued throughout the country - Europeans need be aware - this could be coming to a land near us.
In both parties it seems apparent at this time that the two major backers of keeping the illegal workforce, that is the slavelabor, in America is strongly endorsed by Republican and Democrats
alike, which is an odd fellowship concerning slaves and one that will be determinal to both parties either way they choose. The then President Clinton and the alliance of the now President George Bush have indeed created what is termed a political "quagmire" that seems to provide no base of resolution. Many of the Republican and for that point many of the Democrats have stated their voting days are at an end as they have lost jobs and wages and rights of employment to an illegal workforce (shades of France?), but this will remain to be seen come November which gives both parties very short time to amend their wrong and attract the voter back.
Amazingly, those who have weighed in as champions of the poor, afflicted, and slavery are on the same ticket as others, one such is that of the Sen. Ted Kennedy of Mass. and perhaps (we
await to see) that of the presidental hopeful Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York. Oddfellows indeed.

One of the problems cited by the American government is that of the plight of the children born to the illegal parents while in America. It seems they are, that is the children have become by proxy or birth a legalized citizen of the United States and thus retain all benefits as that of any other American. As a declared problem, it seems none are capable to "fix" the problem. One solution, although not a popular one, is to cause all the companies that knowingly or unknowinly
hired or participated in such a workforce as the illegal worker should be required by law to support all children born in America in that childs native homeland to the equivilant of a monthly child support of a divorced couple in the courts of America. This proposal would work somewhat like that established in each individual state in the United States, for example if the parent were to abandon his child for whatever purpose he/she might be required by law to pay an amount of US $600.00 dollars a month to the parents of that child or the caretaker of that child in Mexico for example or whatever country is affected until his 18th or 25th birthdate as long as the child is in school. Any medical expense would be borne by that same company which had previously employed the illegal parent and would also support that same parent to seek legal re-entry into the United States. It seems a good idea until you consider the voter options and the riots now being ensued throughout the country - Europeans need be aware - this could be coming to a land near us.
In both parties it seems apparent at this time that the two major backers of keeping the illegal workforce, that is the slavelabor, in America is strongly endorsed by Republican and Democrats
alike, which is an odd fellowship concerning slaves and one that will be determinal to both parties either way they choose. The then President Clinton and the alliance of the now President George Bush have indeed created what is termed a political "quagmire" that seems to provide no base of resolution. Many of the Republican and for that point many of the Democrats have stated their voting days are at an end as they have lost jobs and wages and rights of employment to an illegal workforce (shades of France?), but this will remain to be seen come November which gives both parties very short time to amend their wrong and attract the voter back.
Amazingly, those who have weighed in as champions of the poor, afflicted, and slavery are on the same ticket as others, one such is that of the Sen. Ted Kennedy of Mass. and perhaps (we
await to see) that of the presidental hopeful Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York. Oddfellows indeed.

This type of slavery which many have referred to as EBS, that is Economic Based Slavery which

What may surprise some is that this type of wage reduction is occurring throughout Europe and other economies that seem to be driven by the so-called democratic nations. If one were to research the economic ties of the then Roman Empire they would discover that Rome endorsed
a slave-based workforce much like that which the America is now in riots by the Mexican illegals as they have been termed. Many claim this has to do with the future voting block of the Mexican
voters, however, in America one must be a citizen in order to cast a vote - does this sound too familiar to that of the plight of the African American which also were brought to America as a base for slave labor but denied the rights of the common man/American? What would be the difference between a people brought against their will from their homeland and a homeland that oppressed it's people with low or no wage thereby having them seek refuge into another country defying all odds of survival across the hot desert to reach a better place for them and their families? Others claim that as the Mexican has found his way into America it has helped the plight of the American farmer whose work is mostly done by modern machinery, but in looking closer at the American business it would not take such a hard look to find the illegals are working in middle class American jobs such as the Postal fields and other jobs which have been revered as the jobs awaiting those soldiers who have participated in the defense and war of the American and world peoples, they have an extreme time coming mentally in trying to understand the same government which sent them to war have now given up those jobs they once cherished
from an honourable service to an illegal worker.

Dateline: Unearthed Last Saturday 01/04/2006 by the Internatioal Preservations Geographica or the IPG Association as some have referred to this most wonderous organization.

Scientists are now on the scene and hoping to identify what has come to be thought among the intelligent community as the authentic body of Jesus Christ, most geologists have already concluded their find as that of Jesus Christ of Nazareth born to the Mother Mary.
Once thought among all, especially the followers of Jesus, that is the Christians as they are called as an impossible artifact as they assumed he "arose" into heaven in a cloud as is recorded in their Bible that is in the "New Testament" in the book of Acts 1:9. According to the leader of the Holy Church United, a non-denominational group, the Reverend Milton Bishop, stated that this find would have little to no effect on the church at large as they are more a belief in community than a "religious" group adding that religion has "gone by the wayside quite a few years ago. He further stated that with the understanding that the bible or the King James Version had contained so many errors that it was easy to understand how some would misinterpret the ascension of the Son of God and miss the knowledge that he came to die. With the revelation of the "Judas Papers", geologists felt it was only a matter of time until they would find the tomb of the Christ since it was a donation by a rich man to whom the Son was laid to rest. The Vatican has long understood and had many manuscripts until now unveiled that the "disciples" of Christ had taken the body and hid it from the Roman Government and the followers of the Christ in fear of the destruction by Rome and the idol worship of many of that day and that time. Sam Goldman stated that in the "find" they had also discovered the plaque issued by Pilate as that of the title placed on the cross which in essence read,"INRI" or the King of the Jews. The Muslim community have laid claim that they have known a long time also that the discovery would be found. The Vatican called for a unity among believers that they should be one in understanding and to revere the essence of the brotherhood of believers. Among those to whom questions were posed was the Pastor Mark Field and in his statement exclaimed the church does not walk by sight but by faith. Perhaps he is correct or maybe, just maybe he should re-examine his own thoughts and beliefs after all seeing as it is said, is believing!
